At Calissandra, selected designs are available through our May \u0111o theo y\u00eau c\u1ea7u<\/strong> service, allowing customers to choose extended sizing, provide personal measurements or request selected customisation options while preserving the original design and craftsmanship of each piece.<\/p>

Every garment is carefully crafted by our team with attention to detail, ensuring it reflects the elegance, quality and timeless aesthetic that define Calissandra.<\/p>

  1. Our Made-to-Measure Service<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    Selected Calissandra designs are available through our Made-to-Measure service.<\/p>

    Depending on the design, customers may request:<\/p>

    • Extended sizing (such as XS, XL or other available sizes beyond our standard size chart)<\/li>
    • Garments tailored to personal measurements<\/li>
    • Selected colour options for eligible designs<\/li>
    • Made-to-Measure services for selected bridal and occasionwear designs<\/li>
    • Minor adjustments, subject to review and approval by our team<\/li><\/ul>

      All requests are individually reviewed to ensure they are suitable for the selected design.<\/p>

      1. Design Integrity<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

        Every Calissandra design begins with our original creative vision.<\/p>

        Our Made-to-Measure service is intended to tailor each garment to better suit your measurements and selected preferences while preserving the integrity, silhouette and aesthetic of the original design.<\/p>

        Calissandra does not<\/strong> offer:<\/p>

        • Redesigning or creating a new silhouette from an existing design<\/li>
        • Altering the overall structure or signature design elements<\/li>
        • Combining details from multiple designs into one garment<\/li>
        • Requests that may compromise the balance, craftsmanship or quality of the original design<\/li><\/ul>

          For requests beyond our standard Made-to-Measure service, our team will carefully review each enquiry based on the design, fabric and construction of the garment.<\/p>

          Whenever possible, we are happy to accommodate minor adjustments while ensuring the garment maintains its original silhouette and craftsmanship.<\/p>

          All requests are subject to review and approval by the Calissandra team.<\/p>

          1. Service Fees<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

            All Made-to-Measure services are subject to an additional service fee<\/strong>.<\/p>

            As every request is unique, the service fee will be quoted after our team has reviewed all relevant information, including but not limited to:<\/p>

            • Selected design<\/li>
            • Requested size or personal measurements<\/li>
            • Colour options (where available)<\/li>
            • Approved adjustment requests<\/li>
            • Other special requirements<\/li><\/ul>

              Production will begin only after the quotation has been confirmed and payment has been completed in accordance with Calissandra’s Payment Policy.<\/p>

              1. Production Time<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                The standard production time is 10\u201325 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>

                Production timelines may vary depending on:<\/p>

                • Design complexity<\/li>
                • Fabric availability<\/li>
