Every garment is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before it reaches you. If your product has a manufacturing defect, our team will be happy to assess the issue and provide support in accordance with the Warranty Policy below.<\/span><\/p>

  1. Warranty Coverage<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

    Calissandra provides complimentary warranty service for manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:<\/span><\/p>

    • Open or loose seams.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    • Loose stitching.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    • Defective buttons, hooks or zippers resulting from the manufacturing process.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    • Finishing defects that affect the functionality or wearability of the garment.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    • Other technical defects confirmed by the Calissandra team to have resulted from the manufacturing process.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      1. Warranty Exclusions<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

        This Warranty Policy does not apply to:<\/span><\/p>

        • Normal wear and tear through regular use.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        • Tears, burns, scratches or damage caused by accidents or improper handling.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        • Damage resulting from incorrect washing, drying, ironing or storage.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        • Products that have been altered, repaired or modified by a third party.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        • Damage caused by chemicals, environmental conditions or other external factors.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        • Natural changes in colour, texture or fabric characteristics over time.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

          1. Warranty Period<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

            Calissandra offers warranty support for <\/span>30 days<\/b> from the date the customer receives the product.<\/span><\/p>

            After this period, we will continue to assist whenever possible. However, repair services may be subject to additional charges depending on the nature of the request.<\/span><\/p>

                    If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect covered under this Warranty Policy, Calissandra will cover the shipping costs associated with the warranty service.<\/span><\/p>

                    For repair requests that fall outside the warranty coverage, any applicable repair and shipping charges will be quoted and confirmed with the customer before proceeding.<\/span><\/p>
