At Calissandra, every order is prepared with great care and attention to detail. From quality inspection to packaging, we strive to ensure each design arrives safely and beautifully.

1. Shipping Destinations

Calissandra currently ships:

• Throughout Vietnam.
• To selected international destinations worldwide.

If your country is unavailable during checkout, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

Orders begin processing once payment has been successfully confirmed.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-Order & Made-to-Measure

Production typically requires 10–25 business days, depending on the design, fabric and level of craftsmanship.

An estimated production timeline will be confirmed once your order has been accepted.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Vietnam

• Ho Chi Minh City: 1–2 business days
• Other provinces: 2–5 business days

International

International deliveries generally require 8–25 business days, depending on the destination country, courier service, customs clearance and current shipping conditions.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guideline only and may vary due to circumstances beyond Calissandra’s control.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

• Delivery destination
• Parcel size and weight
• Selected shipping service

The applicable shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Complimentary shipping may be offered during selected promotional campaigns.

5. Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs charges or other local taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and remain the responsibility of the customer.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email including tracking information (where available) will be sent.

Customers may use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

7. Failed Delivery

An order may be returned to Calissandra if delivery cannot be completed due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
• Unsuccessful delivery attempts.
• Refused delivery.
• Unpaid customs duties or import charges.

Should you wish to have the order reshipped, any additional shipping costs will be communicated before proceeding.

8. Delivery Delays

While we always strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• Weather conditions.
• Public holidays or peak shipping seasons.
• Customs clearance procedures.
• Force majeure events or courier disruptions.

If a delay occurs, we will keep you informed throughout the shipping process.

9. Upon Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your package and items upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, kindly contact Calissandra within 3 days of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.

Unfortunately, requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review or support.
