Every garment is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before it reaches you. If your product has a manufacturing defect, our team will be happy to assess the issue and provide support in accordance with the Warranty Policy below.

1. Warranty Coverage

Calissandra provides complimentary warranty service for manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

• Open or loose seams. 
• Loose stitching. 
• Defective buttons, hooks or zippers resulting from the manufacturing process. 
• Finishing defects that affect the functionality or wearability of the garment. 
• Other technical defects confirmed by the Calissandra team to have resulted from the manufacturing process. 

2. Warranty Exclusions

This Warranty Policy does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear through regular use. 
• Tears, burns, scratches or damage caused by accidents or improper handling. 
• Damage resulting from incorrect washing, drying, ironing or storage. 
• Products that have been altered, repaired or modified by a third party. 
• Damage caused by chemicals, environmental conditions or other external factors. 
• Natural changes in colour, texture or fabric characteristics over time. 

3. Warranty Period

Calissandra offers warranty support for 30 days from the date the customer receives the product.

After this period, we will continue to assist whenever possible. However, repair services may be subject to additional charges depending on the nature of the request.

Please provide:

• Your order number. 
• Clear photographs of the garment. 
• Close-up photographs of the area requiring inspection. 
• A brief description of the issue. 

Our team will review the information and advise the most appropriate solution.

5. Shipping Costs

If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect covered under this Warranty Policy, Calissandra will cover the shipping costs associated with the warranty service.

For repair requests that fall outside the warranty coverage, any applicable repair and shipping charges will be quoted and confirmed with the customer before proceeding.
