ORDERS
How do I place an order?
You can place your order through our official website by selecting your preferred design, size and quantity before proceeding to checkout.
If you require assistance, our Customer Care team is also available via Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Message or email.
Can I order through Instagram or Facebook?
Yes.
Our team will gladly assist you with product information, sizing recommendations and order placement through our official social media channels.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before production or shipment begins.
Once production has started or the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available.
For Made-to-Measure orders, cancellation is not available once production has commenced.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product includes a size guide to help you select the most suitable size.
If you are unsure, please contact our Customer Care team with your measurements for personalised sizing advice.
Do you offer Made-to-Measure?
Yes.
Selected Calissandra designs are available through our Made-to-Measure service.
Additional service fees and production timelines apply.

Do you offer extended sizes?
Yes.
Selected designs are available in extended sizes, subject to availability and production requirements.

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received and verified.
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly afterwards.
SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-Wear orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-Measure orders generally require 10–25 business days before shipping.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
Calissandra offers worldwide shipping to most destinations.
International shipping times generally range from 8–25 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Can I exchange my order?
Eligible Ready-to-Wear items may be exchanged in accordance with our Exchanges & Alterations Policy.
Made-to-Measure items are not eligible for exchange unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Can I return my order?
At this time, Calissandra does not offer returns for change of mind.

GARMENT CARE
How should I care for my garment?
Most Calissandra garments are crafted using delicate fabrics such as silk, satin, lace and embellished materials.
Professional dry cleaning is recommended for most designs.

BRIDAL & SPECIAL OCCASIONS
Do you offer bridal consultations?
Yes.
Appointments are available for selected bridal and special occasion collections.
Please contact us to arrange a consultation.
Can I customise my bridal gown?
Selected bridal designs may be available through our Made-to-Measure service.
Customisation options depend on the design and will be reviewed individually by our team.
