1. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, we will gladly offer a replacement or exchange.

Manufacturing defects may include:

Torn or damaged fabric upon arrival
Detached buttons, embellishments, or trims
Visible stitching defects
Color defects not caused by washing, detergents, or improper care
Incorrect item shipped

To process your request, please provide:

Order number
Clear photos of the issue
An unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product upon receipt

2. Size or Style Exchange

If the item does not fit as expected or you would like to exchange it for another size or style, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Customers are also responsible for any shipping fees associated with the replacement item.
Exchanges can only be processed once per order.

3. Return & Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
All original tags and packaging must remain intact.
The product must be returned in its original condition.
Customers must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the order.

The item must be returned within:

Vietnam Orders

Within 7 business days from the delivery date.

International Orders

Within 15 business days from the delivery date.

Requests submitted after these periods may not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Sale items
Discounted products
Clearance items
Gift cards
Customized products
Made-to-order items
Altered garments, including products modified in size, color, length, fit, or design at the customer’s request
