At Calissandra, selected designs are available through our made-to-measure service, allowing customers to choose extended sizing, provide personal measurements or request selected customisation options while preserving the original design and craftsmanship of each piece.

Every garment is carefully crafted by our team with attention to detail, ensuring it reflects the elegance, quality and timeless aesthetic that define Calissandra.

01 / Our
service

Selected Calissandra designs are available through our made-to-measure service.

Depending on the design, customers may request:

• Extended sizing such as XS, XL or other available sizes beyond our standard size chart.
• Garments tailored to personal measurements.
• Selected colour options for eligible designs.
• Made-to-measure services for selected bridal and occasionwear designs.
• Minor adjustments, subject to review and approval by our team.

All requests are individually reviewed to ensure they are suitable for the selected design.

02 / Design
integrity

Every Calissandra design begins with our original creative vision.

Our made-to-measure service is intended to tailor each garment to better suit your measurements and selected preferences while preserving the integrity, silhouette and aesthetic of the original design.

Calissandra does not offer:

• Redesigning or creating a new silhouette from an existing design.
• Altering the overall structure or signature design elements.
• Combining details from multiple designs into one garment.
• Requests that may compromise the balance, craftsmanship or quality of the original design.

For requests beyond our standard made-to-measure service, our team will carefully review each enquiry based on the design, fabric and construction of the garment.

Whenever possible, we are happy to accommodate minor adjustments while ensuring the garment maintains its original silhouette and craftsmanship.

03 / Service
fees

All made-to-measure services are subject to an additional service fee.

As every request is unique, the service fee will be quoted after our team has reviewed all relevant information, including but not limited to:

• Selected design.
• Requested size or personal measurements.
• Colour options, where available.
• Approved adjustment requests.
• Other special requirements.

Production will begin only after the quotation has been confirmed and payment has been completed in accordance with Calissandra’s payment policy.

04 / Production
time

The standard production time is 10–25 business days.

Production timelines may vary depending on:

• Design complexity.
• Fabric availability.
• Construction and finishing techniques.
• Current production schedule.

Should any changes occur, our team will keep you informed throughout the process.

05 / Changes &
cancellation

Customers may request changes to:

• Contact information.
• Shipping address.
• Measurements.
• Approved customisation details.

Only before production begins.

Once production has commenced, the order can no longer be modified or cancelled.

06 / Exchanges
& returns

As every made-to-measure garment is individually crafted for each customer, these orders are not eligible for exchange or return.

07 / Colours
& fabrics

We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations in colour may occur due to:

• Screen settings.
• Lighting conditions.
• The natural characteristics of individual fabrics.

These variations are considered normal and do not constitute product defects.

Tùy từng thiết kế, khách hàng có thể lựa chọn:

• Size mở rộng như XS, XL, XXL hoặc các size ngoài bảng size tiêu chuẩn.
• May theo số đo cá nhân.
• Thay đổi màu sắc đối với các thiết kế được hỗ trợ.
• Dịch vụ may theo số đo cho một số thiết kế váy cưới và trang phục dự tiệc.
• Một số điều chỉnh nhỏ sau khi được đội ngũ Calissandra xem xét.

02 / Giữ trọn
tinh thần

Dịch vụ may theo số đo giúp điều chỉnh sản phẩm để phù hợp hơn với số đo và lựa chọn cá nhân, đồng thời vẫn giữ trọn phom dáng, tinh thần và giá trị thẩm mỹ của thiết kế gốc.

Calissandra hiện chưa thể hỗ trợ:

• Thay đổi phom dáng hoặc cấu trúc chính.
• Thay đổi các chi tiết đặc trưng của thiết kế.
• Kết hợp chi tiết từ nhiều mẫu khác nhau.
• Các yêu cầu có thể ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng hoàn thiện.

03 / Phí
dịch vụ

Tất cả dịch vụ may theo số đo đều phát sinh phí dịch vụ bổ sung.

• Thiết kế được lựa chọn.
• Size hoặc số đo của khách hàng.
• Màu sắc mong muốn.
• Các yêu cầu điều chỉnh đã được chấp thuận.
• Những yêu cầu đặc biệt khác.

04 / Thời gian
thực hiện

Thời gian hoàn thiện tiêu chuẩn là 10–25 ngày làm việc.

• Độ phức tạp của thiết kế.
• Tình trạng nguyên liệu.
• Kỹ thuật hoàn thiện.
• Lượng đơn hàng tại từng thời điểm.

05 / Thay đổi
hoặc hủy

• Thông tin liên hệ.
• Địa chỉ giao hàng.
• Số đo.
• Các yêu cầu điều chỉnh đã được xác nhận.

Trước khi sản phẩm được đưa vào sản xuất.

Sau khi quá trình sản xuất đã bắt đầu, đơn hàng sẽ không thể thay đổi hoặc hủy.

06 / Đổi hoặc
trả hàng

Các đơn hàng may theo số đo sẽ không áp dụng chính sách đổi hoặc hoàn trả.

07 / Màu sắc
& chất liệu

• Thiết bị hiển thị.
• Điều kiện ánh sáng.
• Đặc tính tự nhiên của từng loại vải.

Đây là những khác biệt thông thường và không được xem là lỗi sản phẩm.
