3. Important Notes

Each order is eligible for a one-time return or exchange only.
Customers must record a video while unboxing the package to ensure their rights in the exchange/return process.
The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
If you wish to request an exchange, please notify us within 3 working days and return the item within 15 working days for international orders or 7 working days for Vietnam orders.
Beyond this timeframe, we regret that we cannot process any return or exchange.
